Synopsis: Uchi no Heika ga Shinmai de.

Living in the inner palace of the red-summer kingdom, Princess Shuka had always been sheltered from the outside world. But as she approaches the age of fifteen, tragedy strikes when an epidemic takes the lives of both her father and brothers. With the kingdom in desperate need of a new ruler, Shuka, along with her devoted servant, Zen, a military officer, must face the daunting challenge of assuming a leadership role for which she has little preparation.
